With the countdown dwindling to its last few weeks, the trip we are about to embark on is finally feeling like a reality. Katie has made a list for just about any and every scenario we may encounter (very Katie, and very helpful for Liz). While Liz is busy figuring out the logistics of some of our set side trips. These trips include Munich, Venice, Cinque Terre, Naples, and Tuscany with more details to come.
With this being our first post we feel its important to explain why we are doing this and what we hope to accomplish. We have set ourselves up with the daunting task of a video/written blog of our entire journey, a journey that we are hoping becomes a captivating story. This story, with any luck, will include the good the bad and (the hopefully not too) ugly of every piece of our life in the Eternal City.
We are going to Rome with the hopes of finding adventure, finding the best way to live, exploring our minds and stepping out of our comfort zones. And most importantly, on this fabulous adventure, we have the high hopes of finding ourselves.
All that being said, we would like you, our friends and family, to take that journey with us. To watch as we embark on the adventure of a life time. We hope you will laugh with us, cry with us, learn with us and find the joy of living with us.
